About Me
Feeling stuck in life? Like no matter what you do, things don’t seem to get better? Do you ever feel lonely, sad, or like no one hears or understands you? Struggling to balance life and work, or dealing with stress, anxiety, or depression? You’re in the right place—I’m here to help! Everyone can use a helping hand and a listening ear when their world feels upside down.
I believe everyone has the right to health care, and that mental health care is a vital part of a healthy life. I believe everyone has the ability to change and grow, and find new and healthier ways of coping when life is challenging or when feelings of depression or anxiety become too much to handle.
I’m a Masters of Social Work clinician, having earned my degree from Walla Walla University in 2016. Since then, After leaving the IT field, I’ve dedicated myself to mental health counseling, focusing on helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and life changes. My approach is to meet you where you are emotionally and help you achieve your goals using your own strengths and assets.
Whether you’re dealing with family issues, relationship troubles, or work stress, we can work together to identify what’s working in your life and what isn’t. My counseling style is person-centered and solution-focused, integrating a holistic approach that considers your mental, emotional, and physical health. I offer life, wellness, and career coaching services, emphasizing the importance of both mental and physical well-being.
In our sessions, you’ll feel heard, validated, and supported. Your voice matters, and your feelings will be acknowledged. I take the time to listen to your experiences and views, helping you develop new skills to manage each situation.
