Prior to beginning, I offer a complementary 20-minute consultation to get to know each other and assess whether we are a good fit for your goals.

Fees

My standard fee is $150 per 50-minute session, and I also participate with the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective provider network and their associated rates.

Insurance

I accept insurances for these carriers:

• Aetna

• Ambetter

• Blue Cross / Blue Shield

• Cigna

• Oscar Health

• Oxford

• Premera Blue Cross

• Regence BlueShield

• United Health

I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans not listed above. Your insurance policy may or may not include out-of-network coverage. It can be helpful to verify coverage before working together if you'd like to access insurance benefits. For out-of-network services, I will provide a comprehensive professional invoice that you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement according to your plan coverage.

Telehealth

I support sessions via HIPAA-compliant Telehealth on Zoom or other telehealth services. Having a device that can access video sessions will be essential for working together.
